Condorelii Pistachio Cream

Sicilian pistachio cream made with Bronte pistachio. Known as green gold Bronte pistachios are grown on the foothills of the Etna volcano in rich volcanic soil. Because of the steep hills the pistachio is harvested by hand and taken to the Condorelli factory in Belpasso Catania Sicily for processing into this wonderful spreadable paste which can be used in many pastry applications but best enjoyed on Panettone or with brioche.
